Isn’t it interesting how when you are dating, he likes the way you wear your hair? The way your jeans hugs your curves make
him drool and he seems to not be able to stay away from you. A few months later he is complaining about someone looking at you. Heaven forbids if you know the man, he is accusing of looking at you or if he speaks that opens the door for a terrible ride home or to wherever you are headed.
So, let us make sure we are all on the same page; He is mad at me because a man I do not know looked at me or spoke to me. How crazy is that? Now you are questioning me about why the man is looking at me. Dude, are you serious??? This is a question you should man up and ask him but, we know you are not going to do that. You would rather whine, complain and be verbally abusive with me.
I must keep in mind that my responses will dictate how the night will progress. If I decide to let my alter ego Maxine have her way my responses will not be kind and ladylike. Maxine will be smart and sarcastic. She can get very street when she needs or wants to. Monica on the other hand has a long threshold and will try to keep the peace for as long as she can.
So, the night will end with him drunk and falling asleep on the sofa or the house is a wreck, and I am on the sofa. All this because someone looked at me.
